Heat olive oil in a pan on high heat before adding cauliflower rice. You can use frozen or fresh riced cauliflower. Season the pan with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, and paprika. Cook the rice until it’s golden brown all over.

You’ll need to put the cauliflower rice in a cheese wrap, which can be found at grocery stores. You can also make your own – you will find directions for this in the recipe introduction. Once the cauliflower rice has cooled for a few minutes, add it to one side of your cheese wrap.
Step 3
Add shredded lettuce to the cauliflower rice in the cheese wrap. Next, stir together mayonnaise, tabasco sauce, and cumin in a small dish. Then, drizzle the sauce over the ingredients in the wrap. Roll up the cheese wrap like a burrito for serving.
