Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. On a sheet tray lined with parchment paper, arrange individual tablespoons of parmesan. Spread each portion out into a thin disk. Bake the tray for 10 minutes. Watch the crisp for the cheese to melt, bubble, and harden without burning. Set the cooked crisps aside to cool.

While the crisps are baking, make the salsa. Combine diced avocado with drained diced tomatoes, lime juice, and cilantro. Gently fold the salsa over with a spoon or fork to keep the avocado in tact.
Step 3
Per serving, enjoy 5 parmesan crisps with approx. ½ c avocado salsa.
