Step 1
Add the butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and erythritol to a small saucepan and set over low/medium heat. Stir well to combine, melting the oil and butter together and dissolving the sweetener. Stir continuously over a gentle heat until well combined.
Step 2
Select 8 paper truffle cases or alternative small molds and place them on a plate. Divide the melted fat mixture evenly between the 8 cases/molds. Transfer the plate or molds to the fridge and let them set for 1-2 hours.
Step 3
Once set, the pods are ready to be added to your preferred hot beverage. Add one or two pods to your drink as desired, and stir well to combine and then blend as you would your regular BULLETPROOF® coffee. Store the remaining coffee pods in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to use.
