In a bowl, whisk together the eggs with all seasonings and the cream. Set this aside for Step 3.
Step 2
Dice the kielbasy into tiny pieces and toss them in a pan the size of the omelette you want to make. Cook the sausage until crispy and golden brown – much like bacon.
Step 3
Turn the stove heat to very low. Pour the egg into the pan over the sausage and place a lid on. Continually cook on low until the egg has cooked through.
