How to Make It

Step 1

Roughly dice the celery and thinly slice the radishes. Add to a large serving bowl along with the spinach and red onion. Toss to combine.

Step 2

Quarter the eggs and add to the bowl. Season the salad with salt and pepper and drizzle over the olive oil, toss gently to combine.

Step 3

Crumble the cheese into the salad to serve.

  • Baby Spinach – 2 cup
