Slice the broccoli into 2 ‘steaks’, each about a half inch thick. Add the broccoli to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 4-5 minutes until just tender. Remove from the pan and pat dry.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 3
Divide the passata sauce evenly between the two broccoli steaks and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Crumble over the goats cheese and scatter with the dried oregano.
Step 5
Roughly tear the prosciutto and arrange over the top.
Step 6
Thinly slice the onion and scatter over the top of the prosciutto. Drizzle with the olive oil.
Step 7
Transfer the pizza topped broccoli to the oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the prosciutto is crisp and hot through. Scatter with pine nuts to serve.
