In a bowl, microwave the goat and mascarpone cheese for 20-30 seconds. The mascarpone will melt to a buttery liquid and the goat cheese will become soft.

Transfer the cheeses to a food processor and pulse with the lemon juice and salt until you have a smooth blend.

Add the blueberries to your spread. You may either pulse the blueberries in the food processor for a more blended dip. You can also gently smash the blueberries and fold them into your spread with a spatula to keep whole pieces.
