Add the cream cheese, cocoa powder, syrup and vanilla to a mixing bowl. Beat together until smooth.
Fold the chocolate cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
Add the hazelnuts, gently stirring them evenly throughout the mixture.
Divide the ice cream mixture evenly between four ice lolly moulds.
Insert the lolly sticks and freeze for 3-4 hours or until set.
