Step 1
Add the unsalted butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract and erythritol to a small saucepan over a low heat. At this point you can add any of your desired additions or substitutions, just be sure to adjust your macros to reflect these changes. Whisk the mixture together thoroughly until the fats have melted and are well combined with the flavorings.
Step 2
Select a silicone mould or ice cube tray. We have used silicone chocolate moulds as these are ideal for creating your Keto coffee drops. Divide the mixture evenly between the individual moulds. We have been able to fill 18 individual moulds each with roughly 3 teaspoons of the mixture.
Step 3
Carefully transfer the filled moulds to the fridge to set. This should take no more than an hour. Once the bulletproof coffee drops are set, you can simply pop them out the moulds and add 2 or 3, as desired, to your preferred hot Keto beverage. Be sure to carefully blend the hot drink with your coffee drops to emulsify the fats and liquid as you would a bulletproof coffee. You may do this using a hand held stick blender, milk frother or free standing blender.
