How to Make It

Step 1

Add the mayonnaise, olive oil and lemon juice to a mixing bowl. Whisk together until smooth and well combined. You may use a Keto-friendly store-bought mayonnaise or our own Keto homemade mayonnaise for this recipe.

Step 2

Finely chop the capers and olives. Thinly slice the dill pickles. Add the olives, capers and dill pickles to the bowl with the mayonnaise mixture. Add the black pepper and stir everything together well to combine, distributing the flavorings evenly throughout the mayonnaise.

Step 3

Finely chop the fresh dill. Add the dill to the tartar sauce and stir well to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired by adding more lemon juice or extra oil to thin. Keep the dip in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.

  • Black Olives – 4 medium
  • Dill Pickles – 3 small – approx 2″ long
  • Mayonnaise – 3 tablespoon
  • Capers – 2 teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Dill Weed, Fresh – ½ tablespoon
  • Black Pepper – ⅛ teaspoon
