Dice the broccoli into bite sized florets and add to a saucepan of boiling water. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until fork tender. Rinse completely and set aside to steam dry.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium/high heat. Crush the garlic and thinly slice the scallions. Add to the skillet along with the ground pork and cook through until browned all over.
Step 3
Add the broccoli and stir well to combine, cooking for a minute more.
Step 4
Add the kale, lemon juice, zest, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and pan fry until the kale starts to wilt.
Step 5
Add the sesame seeds and stir through until the kale is wilted and the broccoli is starting to brown. Serve hot.
