How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees and line a small sheet tray with parchment paper. Lay 2 slices of turkey down on the tray, and lay 2 slices of provolone cheese on each slice of turkey. Bake the tray in the oven for about 5 minutes – just long enough to melt the cheese.

Step 2

While the cheese is melting and cooling, arrange the base of the lettuce wraps. Lay down 2 large green leaves and spread ½ TB of mayo across each leaf. Arrange 6 slices of cucumber and 5 thin slices of avocado across the leaves.

Step 3

Once your turkey and cheese has cooled enough to handle, transfer a slice of turkey with cheese onto each green leaf. Roll each leaf up to complete your lettuce wraps. Enjoy!
