How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 6-ct muffin tray and arrange in each cup sliced turkey. Add in 3-4 pieces of diced swiss cheese as well.

Step 2

Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour the egg mixture over each muffin cup, filling them about halfway.

Step 3

Bake the tray for approx. 15 minutes. The eggs will sink some during cooling, returning them to ‘muffin top’ size.

  • Turkey Lunchmeat, White Meat – 3 slice – each 1 ounce
  • Swiss Cheese, Natural – 2-½ ounce
  • Raw Egg – 3 large
  • Salt – ⅛ teaspoon
  • Black Pepper, Ground – ⅛ teaspoon
  • Crushed Red Pepper by Simply Organic – ¼ tsp
  • Whipping Cream, Extra Heavy/gourmet, Not Whipped – 1 tablespoon
