Combine all the ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. Mix together with a rubber spatula or a wooden spoon. It will mix together into a mousse-like consistency.
Step 2
Dollop the mixture onto the silicone mold and spread it using an offset spatula to smooth the tops. You may not be able to fit all the mixture into the molds, which is ok. Freeze the first batch and place any leftover fat bomb mixture into the fridge until the first batch is frozen and can be removed from the molds. Once frozen remove from the molds and place fat bombs in a freezer ziploc bag.
