Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly oil a shallow baking tray.
Add the mayonnaise, sesame oil and lemon juice to a small bowl. Mix together well to combine.
Add the ground almonds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, salt and pepper to a plate and mix together to combine.
Arrange the chicken strips across a clean work surface.
Coat each chicken piece in a generous layer of the sesame mayonnaise.
Roll each coated chicken piece in the crumb mixture until evenly coated.
Arrange the chicken pieces across the prepared oven tray. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until completely cooked through and golden brown.
