Preheat an oven to 400 degrees. On a flat surface, arrange 2 long strips of bacon per piece of 3 oz cod. Set the cod fillets over the bacon strips as pictured.
Step 2
Sprinkle all seasonings and the worcestershire sauce over the cod. Wrap the strips of bacon around the cod, tucking the ends of the strips under the fish. Transfer the wrapped fish to a sheet tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
Bacon the tray for 30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy to your liking. No flipping or rotating necessary!
