How to Make It

Step 1

Measure your ingredients and select a small mixing bowl. The recipe calls for 1 cup of mayonnaise. This may be store-bought or you can use your own fresh homemade Keto mayonnaise if preferred. You may also swap the apple cider vinegar for extra lemon juice if you don’t have any to hand. Be sure to factor any changes into your macros.

Step 2

Add the extra virgin olive oil to the mixing bowl. Add the passata (tomato sauce), mustard, lemon juice, paprika, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Whisk together until smooth and well combined. You may use more or less mustard according to personal tastes. Be sure to adjust your macros for any changes.

Step 3

Add the mayonnaise to the mixing bowl. Whisk the mayonnaise into the sauce base until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired by adding more acidity, paprika, salt or mustard. If you wish to have a thinner dressing you may add a little water to reach your desired consistency. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and stir well before serving.
