Break up ground sausage in a pan and cook over medium heat. Cook the sausage until it is mostly browned all over and broken up into crumble bits.

Toss the cauliflower rice in the pan with the salt, onion powder, and paprika. Stir and cook the rice until excess moisture has evaporated and the rice turns golden brown with the sausage.
Step 3
Reduce the heat to low and melt the butter in the pan. Once the butter has coated all the ingredients, remove from the stove and serve.
