Cut the dough into 9 balls of dough and shape each ball between the palms of your hands to form uniform dough balls. Arrange the balls of dough on the lined baking tray. Whisk the other egg in a small bowl and use a pastry brush to brush the top surface of the dough with the egg.

Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Transfer the tray to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden on the outside.
