Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Clean the okra and slice off the tops and discard. Sprinkle the dried herbs, spices, lemon zest and seasoning over the okra.
Drizzle with the olive oil and use your hands to rub the spices and seasonings all over the okra.
Arrange across a shallow oven tray and transfer to the oven to bake for 18-20 minutes until tender and golden, turning halfway through.
