Slice the flank steak into thin half-inch strips. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over a medium/high heat. Add the steak strips. Stir fry the beef, cooking in the hot oil until lightly browned all over.
Step 2
Thinly slice the bell pepper and scallions. Once the beef is just browned, add the bell pepper and scallions to the skillet. Stir well and pan fry for 2-3 minutes more until the vegetables start to soften just a little and brown at the edges. You may add more oil or a splash of water if the pan looks a little dry.
Step 3
Add the tamari sauce to the skillet. Stir well to coat the beef and vegetables in the sauce. Cook for a minute more then remove from the heat. Serve with your preferred Keto Asian inspired sides.
