How to Make It

Step 1

Carefully slice the bottom off each radish creating a flat base and remove the tops. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut out the center of each radish.

Step 2

Bring the butter to room temperature and finely chop the chives. Add the butter and chives to a small bowl and mash together to combine.

Step 3

Using a small spoon or knife, fill each radish with the herbed butter. Serve immediately.
