Cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds. Scoop out the flesh and place it into a small food processor. Add the remaining ingredients.

Place the lid on top of the food processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You will need to open the food processor and stir the mixture around periodically to ensure a smooth mixture.

Taste the mixture and add more sweetener if desired. Place the pudding in the refrigerator to chill for up to one hour. Serve chilled!
