Roughly chop the tomatoes. Dice the pepper and cucumber into rounds. Finely dice the red onion. Add them to a large bowl. Add the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and oregano. Top with feta cheese and olives.

When ready to serve, break the feta into pieces and mix well. You can also leave the feta whole for presentation. Enjoy!
