How to Make It
Step 1
Brew the coffee to double strength in your coffee maker. Pour it into a blender’s container. Place it in the fridge to cool completely.
Step 2
Once the coffee mixture is chilled, add the salted butter and BULLETPROOF® Brain Octane Oil (MCT Oil) oil. Blend with a stick blender until lightened in color. Alternatively, you can use a standing blender.
Step 3
To a serving glass, add a couple of ice cubes. Pour a serving of cold butter coffee into the glass. Serve immediately.
