Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice the cauliflower into 4 ‘steaks’ by cutting half inch thick cross sectional pieces from the cauliflower. Arrange across a shallow oven tray and dot with the butter. Transfer to the oven to bake for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Crush the garlic. Remove the cauliflower steaks from the oven and carefully flip them, spooning over the melted butter. Sprinkle over the parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Return to the oven to bake for a further 12-15 minutes or until fork tender and golden.
