Line a dinner plate with a piece of parchment paper. Cut the parmesan cheese into tiny pieces (about twelve from a one-ounce piece). Add six pieces to a plate making sure they have as much room as possible in between each other.

Microwave for one minute on high. Allow to cool enough to touch them.
Step 3
Then peel them from the paper. Set aside as they will crisp as they cool. Eat immediately.
