This simple cauliflower steak is par boiled until tender then loaded with pizza inspired toppings to create a simple yet tasty
How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Slice the cauliflower into two even steaks, about a half inch thick. Add to a pan of boiling water and simmer until tender. Remove and pat dry.
Step 3
Divide the tomato sauce between the two cauliflower steaks and sprinkle over the oregano.
Step 4
Scatter the mozzarella over the steaks.
Step 5
Tear the prosciutto and arrange across the mozzarella.
Step 6
Transfer the cauliflower steaks to the oven to bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese has melted, the ham starts to crisp and the cauliflower is cooked and turning golden. Scatter with fresh basil to serve.

Mozzarella Cheese – 3 tablespoon, grated
Oregano, Dried – 1 teaspoon
Prosciutto – 1 slice
Basil, Fresh – ½ tablespoon
