How to Make It
Step 1
Wash and dry shishito peppers.
Step 2
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until very hot. Add the oil and then the peppers. Allow the peppers to cook on one side for 2-3 minutes so they get nice and blistered before stirring.
Step 3
Stir a couple times then add the soy sauce and allow to bubble off. Turn off the heat and add the sesame seed oil.
