Preheat an oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Arrange 8 tablespoons of shredded asiago into thin circle on the tray. Sprinkle a small pinch of each seasoning over each asiago portion (you may not need a full ¼ teaspoon of each seasoning).

Bake the tray for 10-12 minutes until the crisps are crispy and slightly golden around the edges. Allow the crisps to cool before eating.
