These simple sautéed collard greens cook quickly in butter and are infused with aromatic spices and garlic.This is the perfect side for pork, chicken and Asian inspired dinners.
How to Make It
Step 1
Melt the butter in a large pan over a low heat and add the garlic sautéing for a minute to soften. Then add the allspice and cook gently for a further minute until fragrant.
Step 2
Slice the collard greens into half inch strips and add to the pan along with the salt and pepper. Toss in the butter and seasonings and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender and glossy. Serve immediately.
