These deliciously soft and chewy cookies are packed with chocolate chips for the ultimate indulgent

How to Make It

Step 1

Add the cream cheese, ground almonds, erythritol, vanilla extract, lemon juice, baking soda, syrup, egg and butter to a food processor and blend to form a dough.

Step 2

Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and stir through the chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper. Roll the dough into 20 even balls and arrange them across the oven tray. Press down into a cookie shape about half a centimeter thick.

Step 4

Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden and set aside to cool completely and firm up.

  • 100% Unsweerened Dark Chocolate Baking Chips by Pascha – ¼ cup
  • Cream Cheese Spread – ¼ cup
