How to Make It
Step 1
Chop dill and garlic and add to a bowl. Grate the garlic and add the garlic and salt to the bowl.
Step 2
Add the ground lamb and mix well.
Step 3
Form 26 golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a parchment covered sheet pan. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
Step 4
Enjoy hot on their own, on a salad, or with cauliflower rice!
