How to Make It
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat. Finely dice the bacon and thinly slice the shallot. Add to the pan and cook until the bacon is browned and the shallot is tender.
Step 2
Thinly slice the pepper and add to the pan along with the ground pork, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine. Pan fry until the pork is cooked through and the peppers are tender.
