This nutrient dense keto hummus is loaded with green veggies, earthy tahini, aromatic garlic and a hint of lemon.This is a great alternative to regular hummus served with vegetable dippers or keto crackers.
How to Make It
Step 1
Cut off any stalks from the broccoli and discard. Add the florets to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 4-5 minutes until fork tender. Drain and rinse under cold water to refresh. Leave to cool and pat dry.
Step 2
Add the broccoli to a food processor along with the spinach, garlic, lemon juice, salt and tahini. Blend to a thick paste.
Step 3
Add the olive oil and blend again, taste and adjust seasoning and add more oil if required. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
