Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. In a 6-ct muffin tin, arrange 6 slices of salami. Inside each one, arrange chopped pickle and ½ tsp of dijon mustard.

Cut the cheese into 6 quarter pieces. Place a piece on top of each cuban cup filling. Bake the tray for 12 minutes – until the edges of the cups are very crisp.
