How to Make It

Step 1

Place a large heavy-bottomed pot over high heat. Add the beef and cook for 7 minutes until browned. Drain if desired.

Step 2

Drop the heat to medium, and add the taco seasoning and 1 cup of broth. Simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated. Add the canned tomato (undrained) and the remaining broth. Stir to incorporate.

Step 3

Bring to a boil then drop the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it cool slightly. Stir in the ranch dressing.
