How to Make It

Step 1

Combine all ingredients together in a tall microwavable mug, except the shredded coconut flakes and reserving the extra 1 t coconut milk. Mix well making sure to incorporate all dry ingredients that may be stuck to the bottom.

Step 2

Sprinkle 1 t coconut flakes on top and microwave on HIGH for 1 min 30 seconds until cake is cooked and puffed.

Step 3

Drizzle with 1 t coconut milk and serve hot!
