How to Make It

Step 1

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave with the coconut oil until melted. Use 30 second increments and stir after each heating until melted.

Step 2

Scoop 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate into each of the liners and spread smooth. Freeze until solid.

Step 3

Once the first layer is solid, gently warm peanut butter in the microwave. Scoop 1 teaspoon of peanut butter into each liner and spread smooth. Freeze again until solid.

Step 4

Reheat the once melted chocolate mixture and evenly distribute the rest of the chocolate onto the peanut butter layer, spreading smooth.
