How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat an oven to 450 F. In a plastic bag, combine the almond flour, Italian seasoning, avocado oil and kosher salt. Massage the bag to combine the ingredients.
Step 2
Add the pork chops and massage the bag to completely coat the pork chops with breading. Place the pork chops on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.
