Dark chocolate almonds are my favorite! Who knew they are so simple to make from scratch? Serving size is 1/4 cup of almonds!

How to Make It

Step 1

Place almonds in a skillet and add coconut oil. Heat until coconut oil is melted and coating the almonds. Heat almonds over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes or until the almonds are nicely toasted and darker brown.

Step 2

Add the sweetener, cocoa powder and salt. Stir until the almonds are well coated with chocolate!

  • Almonds, Raw – 2 cup, whole pieces
  • Coconut Oil – 4 teaspoon
  • The Ultimate Sugar Replacement Granular by Swerve – 3 tablespoon
  • 100% Cocoa Special Dark by Hershey’s – 2 tbsp
  • Coarse Kosher Salt by Morton – ½ tsp
