How to Make It
Step 1
Melt the butter in a large skillet over a medium heat. Thinly slice the cabbage and onion and crush the garlic. Add to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
Step 2
Add the cream and stock and stir well. Bring to a simmer and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until the cream has thickened and reduced, and the cabbage is soft. Serve hot.
