These are so deliciously, chocolatey and really satisfies my chocolate craving. I reach for these when I need to fill up on some healthy fats in between meals. These are quick and easy to make and stores in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Freeze them for an extra cold treat.
How to Make It
Step 1
Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chips. Blend until the mixtures turns sandy and then starts to form a ball.
Step 2
Add the chocolate chips last and pulse until there are small pieces of chocolate chips throughout.
Step 3
Form into 20 1-1/4” balls and place on the parchment lined sheet. Chill in fridge until firm. Store in fridge up to two weeks and freeze them for up to a month!

Walnuts – 1 cup, chopped
Coarse Kosher Salt by Morton – ⅛ tsp
100% Cocoa Special Dark by Hershey’s – 4 tbsp
Almond Butter – ½ cup
