How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the coconut oil in a pan over a low/medium heat. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger. Add to the pan along with the red pepper flakes and sweat gently until tender and fragrant.

Step 2

Slice the cabbage into 1 cm strips and add to the pan. Stir well to coat the cabbage in the oil and seasonings and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.

Step 3

Add the shrimp to pan and toss to combine. Season to taste and continue to cook until the shrimp turn pink and are piping hot through.

Step 4

Stir through fresh cilantro to serve.

  • Cabbage – 2 cup
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Ginger Root, Raw – 1 slice – 1″ diameter
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes by 365 – 1 tsp
  • Coconut Oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Jumbo Raw Shrimp Peeled & Deveined Tail Off by Stop & Shop – 6 ounce
  • Salt, Sea Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Cilantro – ¼ cup, chopped
