Thai green curry paste, coconut cream, chicken, and vegetables (courgette, broccoli). Serve over cauliflower rice. Minimal adaptation required.

Pad Thai — Adapted

Replace rice noodles with shirataki noodles. Use tamari instead of sweet soy sauce. No added sugar. Keep egg, bean sprouts, and lime.
