Tom Yum Soup — Mostly Keto
The hot and sour lemongrass broth with prawns or chicken is naturally very low carb. Add mushrooms, kaffir lime leaves, and fresh chilli.
Green Curry — Naturally Keto
Thai green curry paste, coconut cream, chicken, and vegetables (courgette, broccoli). Serve over cauliflower rice. Minimal adaptation required.
Pad Thai — Adapted
Replace rice noodles with shirataki noodles. Use tamari instead of sweet soy sauce. No added sugar. Keep egg, bean sprouts, and lime.
