Low Carb Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Low Carb Milk I LOVE coconut milk in this recipe.
- Erythritol optional for additional sweetness, as Greek yogurt can be slightly tart. Skip is swapping Greek yogurt for protein powder.
- 3/4 Cup Strawberries
- 1 Cup Low Carb Greek Yogurt I use Fage because it’s high in protein
- 3/4 Cup Ice
- Mint optional
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients in blender (in the order listed above to minimize jamming) and blend away.
- Top with chia seeds, hemp seeds, or whatever you’d like. Enjoy!
Notes
To save some carbs: Use 1 scoop of protein powder instead of Fage. To increase fat content: Swap some of the milk for heavy cream (start with 1/4 cup – each 1/4 cup adds 11.5 g fat). Nutritional information is based on 1 smoothie, if you make 2 smoothies using this recipe:
