Low Carb Milkshake

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream or full-fat coconut milk with liquid + solids
- 3/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder* dutch process
- 1/4 Cup Erythritol granular
- Pinch Sea Salt
- 1 Small Haas Avocado
- 1 Cup Ice
Recommended Toppings:
- Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
- Sugar Free Whipped Cream
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients in the blender in the order listed above.
- Pour into a glass and top with your favorite toppings. (I poured a little sugar free chocolate in the glass before pouring the milkshake in). Enjoy!
