Low Carb Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream or full-fat coconut milk with liquid + solids
  • 3/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder* dutch process
  • 1/4 Cup Erythritol granular
  • Pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 Small Haas Avocado
  • 1 Cup Ice

Recommended Toppings:

  • Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
  • Sugar Free Whipped Cream

Instructions

  • Toss all ingredients in the blender in the order listed above.
  • Pour into a glass and top with your favorite toppings. (I poured a little sugar free chocolate in the glass before pouring the milkshake in). Enjoy!
