Ingredients
- 7 ounces smoked salmon
- 6 ounces arugula (rocket) leaves
- 1 medium Avocado
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower Seeds
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
- Dice the avocado and place into a mixing bowl.
- Add the rocket, cilantro, salt and pepper and gently toss.
- Drizzle over the olive oil and lemon juice and gently toss.
- Place into a serving bowl and top with the smoked salmon.
- Sprinkle over the sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. Serve and enjoy.
